My name is Chris Beck and Sea Dogs of Mars is a labor of love for me. I started this webcomic several months ago, technically last year. I was not able to tell much of a story at all before life changes diverted my attention away from Sea Dogs and on to other things. I realized as I returned to view my work after a significant hiatus that my interests had changed, and my pages had lost their pizzaz. I am going to fight to get that back, but I need to do it the right way. I need to re work the story from the ground up and start again.
Sea Dogs will be the same world, the same characters, and the same hunt for adventure, but with a new focus. This is not something I can define easily now, but it must be done. As I reinvent myself in the face of significant life changes so too will my favorite story be reinvented.
